Ok, Starting from the bottom. Here are four cards I made for fun.
Love the cute Penguin stamp. I have the male and female stamps.
In the three penguin card...those little guys are paper.
The tiny little Mermaid is one of my favorites. She is just so cute
I stamped out the shells in baby blue ink and add some blue glitter to
each one. The main card is a light blue, which I inked up the sides and
edges with white and a med blue ink. I was trying to give it a watery
look. Little girl mermaids is placed on a water bubble water...I added
some clear glitter to each one to give them a pop. Kissie...the little mermaid I
have named her.. : ) I colored with my Prisma pencils.
Last, is the swap I joinned. It was a Holiday swap theme. I picked New Years Day.
We were to make a card, a book marker and a bag topper. This is what I came up
with. Make 7 get 6 back. It's always fun to get FUN Mail. That is why I join
Swaps from time to time.

Miranda and Dr. See
On Friday we met with Dr. See. She is a great Dr. She is kind, good, understand and above all...Knows her stuff. She told us that Miranda's ulcers should and seem to be gone now. Miranda was over joyed she no longer has to take the terrible tasting medicine..unless she eats something spice. Dr. See gave me the number to the Surgeon...who I called from the parking lot. They will be calling me back with a cash price and a date on Monday. I have been e mailed the paper work so I will get that filled out so we can move ahead on this. She will be going into Cedar Hospital which I hear is one of the very best.
I will post more as I find out more.
Thanks for your prayers and good thoughts.
It means the world to us.

All grown up...Now what???
As children we dream of what we can do when we grow up. We even
play to be what we think would be fun to do as grown ups. But, what happen if we forget what we wanted to be when we grow up? I remember all the dreams I had. I wanted to be a Post Woman. I thought driving around and giving out mail would be such fun. What happen to the life plan of having nine children? I had it all planned out as a
child.... two set of twins...each named, what they would be like and how they would just love to help me. lol I remember now that dream ended after natural childbirth with Samantha. What were we thinking that no drugs was a good way to get a 6 to 8 pound little person out of us.And it was a good idea. Ok, so I gave up that dream myself.
So, here I am almost hitting 48 and wondering...what can I be? I love being a Mom. What an honor that God has trusted me with two of his daughter, Samantha and Miranda. I also thank God that he knew two was enough for me. Another dreams comes to mind...why am I living in here and not up in the mountains? Where are my garden of veggies and flower gardens? I want to live where tree grew higher then the cloudys. Where the water of melted snow could be seen and heard from my bedroom window. I could sit on our big porch and listen to the sound of music played by the man I was in love with.
I wonder...is it ever to late to start dreaming again and still becoming the person we wanted to be?
