Halloween card

Here we go again....Halloween is coming. Yea!!! I love this time of year. I love it because of the cool weather and the leaves falling. I love to bake cookies again.

It is just a great time to light candles, and make homemade soup and stews. And I got to tell you...nothing is too much better then cuddling in bed under a nice warm quilt. Ahhhh...I love Fall.

How I made the Halloween Inches

I made the Halloween inches below with pictures from a scrap booking catalog. I punched out/cut out the line up a Halloween papers and tags and stickers. As you can see they are the perfect size for inches. I even used a pile of ribbon as a back ground. They did time sometime to cut and glue since they are so tiny. But, I am very pleased how they came out. I hope the group will enjoy them as well. : )

It happened....

If you know me...or have been reading my blog...you know I find money often. It started with pennies for years and years. Then I started finding nickels, dimes and sometime a quater. I once found a silver dollar. : ) Interesting story if you want to go back and read in earlier post. Last Jan of this year...I found three gift cards..three different days, three different stores.m three different areas...and yes they did have money still on them. Another post to read...if you have the time or interest.
Here is my story for today. I was walking our two dogs...Ricky and Tippy one morning. It was hot out and I was hoping to get the job done quickly so I could get out of the heat. I look down....and there it was, smashed all up in a flat ball. A paper bill or some sort. I pick it up and unfold it ..to find...it is....a....$20,00 bill. Wow!!!
Hard to say...how Grandpa Hess got a $20.00 in heaven...But, Thanks a lot Grandpa. : ) You will have to read post before to understand this. : )
